The fully electric SUV, which will bear the name bZ5 or bZ6 and will feature both the R&D and battery systems supplied by BYD is set to be officially released in 2025.
Additionally, Toyota Motor Corporation will unveil the bZ FlexSpace model, another fully electric large SUV developed in partnership with GAC Motor, at the end of this month in Beijing.
The initial concept launch of these two models took place at the Shanghai Auto Show one year ago.
