🔋The heat pump ensures that the battery can be heated as quickly as possible in cold weather, and that the heat generated during hot weather and DC charging can be transferred most effectively, thus extending the battery life and increasing the average charging speed in hot weather.
✅Unlike the PTC heater, the heat pump, which is not a heat generator but a heat transfer system, can collect heat from the air or the vehicle’s battery, engine, and inverter systems and produce 4 kWh of heat by consuming 1 kWh of energy. While the PTC heater system requires more than 1 kW of power at 0 degrees, this falls below 0.5 kW on average in the heat pump system.
