Electric Dacia Sandero is coming! Company CEO Denis Le Vot has officially confirmed the Sandero EV, which will be the cheapest electric vehicle in the B segment hatchback category.
The electric Sandero is a candidate to be the cheapest electric just like the Spring. It will officially go on sale in 2027 or 2028. The vehicle, which will be based on the CMF-BEV platform, will be developed with the Renault 5 infrastructure.
The technical details of Sandero, which will be completely electric in the fourth generation, are not yet clear. However, it is stated that even a sodium ion battery can be used to reduce the cost. Its price is expected to be in the 20k-25k euro price range, and it is expected to offer a city-oriented range and charging speed values.
