Hyundai’s flagship sedan, the Grandeur, which was offered in North America under the local brand Azera until 2017 and debuted in October 2022, is now in its seventh version. Certain markets, notably Korea, presently provide it.
Many months after its debut, Hyundai is still emphasizing the sedan’s characteristics in a series of movies that show off its technological, safety, comfortable, and opulent features. The new model has amazing levels of elegance and refinement that even match those of the Genesis brand.
Remote Smart Parking Assist & Dynamic Welcoming Light
Certain amenities that we were accustomed to seeing exclusively in luxury cars like the Mercedes S-Class and the BMW 7-Series are included in the ample kit of the Hyundai Grandeur. One of these is the Remote Smart Parking Assist, which enables the car to enter and exit parking places on its own without the driver having to be there. The system may be remotely operated using the key, as its name would imply, to move the model back and forth in confined places.
The futuristic full-width LED bars on the front and back of the new Grandeur, a feature that appears on many of Hyundai’s models, give the exterior a distinctive look. While the actual headlight beams are located lower on the front bumper, the turn signals and DRLs are integrated into the front light bar. The “Dynamic Welcoming Light” feature of the Hyundai makes use of all of the external lights of the vehicle.
The Vehicle Offers Pretty Luxury Features
The multi-color ambient lighting within the cabin, which is connected to the digital cockpit and a number of the vehicle’s features, adds to the overall experience. While the backseat may recline for more pleasant travel, the driver’s seat has massaging capabilities for the pelvis and back.
The panoramic sunroof and flush door handles are further luxuries. As the driver and other passengers approach the car, those open automatically, but if that’s not your thing, you may always choose to open them manually using the infotainment settings.
In case you lose the physical key, you may still start and enter the Grandeur using your smartphone thanks to its compatibility with digital keys. To start the engine, all you have to do is unlock the car using the NFC sensor on your phone and set it down on the wireless charging pad.
Not Sale For US Market
Regrettably, due to waning interest in big sedans and the automaker’s intention to prevent sales of the Genesis lineup from being diluted, the Hyundai Grandeur / Azera will not be offered in the US. The Grandeur, which ranges in price from $29,175/ ₩37,850,000 to /$40,576₩52,640,000 depending on the trim and engine choices, is already available for purchase in South Korea.
